\n3.适用范围：本政策专为保护使用 “Phoenix Atelier”（以下简称 “本应用”）的 13 周岁以下儿童（以下简称 “儿童”）的个人信息而制定。本政策是《Phoenix Atelier隐私协议》的重要组成部分，未尽事宜请参照主隐私协议。

Scope of application: This policy is specially formulated to protect the personal information of children under 13 years old (hereinafter referred to as \"children\") who use \"Phoenix Atelier\" (hereinafter referred to as \"this Application\"). This policy is an important part of the \"Phoenix Atelier Privacy Agreement\", and for matters not covered, please refer to the main privacy agreement.

\n我们深知儿童个人信息保护的特殊性和重要性，严格遵守相关法律法规要求，针对儿童使用场景制定专项保护措施，确保儿童在监护人指导下安全、合规地使用本应用的钢琴学习服务。
\nWe are fully aware of the particularity and importance of children's personal information protection, strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, and formulate special protection measures for children's usage scenarios to ensure that children use the piano learning services of this Application safely and compliantly under the guidance of guardians.
\n二、使用前提与监护人责任
\nII. Usage Premises and Guardian Responsibilities
\n1.监护人同意原则：若用户为 13 周岁以下儿童，必须在其法定监护人的同意、指导及监督下使用本应用及相关服务。监护人应仔细阅读本政策及主隐私协议，明确知晓并同意我们对儿童个人信息的处理规则。
\n1. Guardian consent principle: If the user is a child under 13 years old, he/she must use this Application and related services with the consent, guidance and supervision of his/her legal guardian. Guardians should carefully read this policy and the main privacy agreement, clearly understand and agree to our processing rules for children's personal information.
\n2.监护人责任：监护人应履行监护义务，协助儿童正确使用本应用，引导儿童保护个人隐私，避免儿童在未授权情况下提交个人信息或使用相关功能。
\n2. Guardian responsibilities: Guardians should perform their guardianship obligations, assist children in correctly using this Application, guide children to protect personal privacy, and prevent children from submitting personal information or using related functions without authorization.
\n三、儿童个人信息的收集与使用限制
\nIII. Collection and Use Restrictions of Children's Personal Information
\n收集限制：我们不会在明知用户为儿童的情况下，主动收集、存储或使用其个人信息（包括但不限于姓名、出生日期、身份证号、联系方式、家庭住址等可识别儿童身份的信息）。
\nCollection restrictions: We will not actively collect, store or use personal information (including but not limited to name, date of birth, ID card number, contact information, home address and other information that can identify children's identity) when we know that the user is a child.
\n信息处理规则：若因特殊功能使用（如第三方登录）导致无意中收集到儿童个人信息，我们将在发现后立即停止处理，并尽快予以删除，法律法规另有规定的除外。
\nInformation processing rules: If children's personal information is inadvertently collected due to the use of special functions (such as third-party login), we will immediately stop processing upon discovery and delete it as soon as possible, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
\n使用限制：我们绝不会将儿童个人信息用于任何商业营销目的，包括但不限于定向广告推送、商业推广等。
\nUse restrictions: We will never use children's personal information for any commercial marketing purposes, including but not limited to targeted advertising push, commercial promotion, etc.
\n四、儿童个人信息的存储与安全保护
\nIV. Storage and Security Protection of Children's Personal Information
\n存储规范：如确需临时存储儿童个人信息（仅为实现服务所必需），将采用与成人信息相同的安全标准，通过加密存储、访问权限控制等措施确保信息安全，且存储期限严格限制在服务所需的最短时间内。
\nStorage specifications: If it is necessary to temporarily store children's personal information (only necessary for service implementation), we will adopt the same security standards as adult information, ensure information security through encrypted storage, access permission control and other measures, and strictly limit the storage period to the shortest time required for the service.
\n安全措施：延续主隐私协议中的安全保障体系，采用 HTTPS 加密传输技术，定期开展系统安全检查与漏洞修复，防止儿童个人信息泄露、篡改或丢失。
\nSecurity measures: Continue the security guarantee system in the main privacy agreement, adopt HTTPS encrypted transmission technology, regularly carry out system security checks and vulnerability repairs to prevent children's personal information from being leaked, tampered with or lost.
\n五、监护人的权利与行使方式
\nV. Guardian's Rights and Exercise Methods
\n法定监护人有权代表儿童行使以下个人信息相关权利，我们将在 15 个工作日内响应合理请求：
\nLegal guardians have the right to exercise the following personal information-related rights on behalf of children, and we will respond to reasonable requests within 15 working days:
\n查询与更正：查询更正：如需查询或更正儿童在使用本应用过程中产生的个人信息，可进入应用 “个人中心 - 设置” 自行操作，或通过本政策预留方式联系我们。
\nInquiry and correction: If you need to inquire or correct the personal information generated by children during the use of this Application, you can enter the Application's \"Personal Center - Settings\" to operate by yourself, or contact us through the reserved method in this policy.
\n删除与注销：若需删除儿童个人信息或注销关联账号，可通过应用内留言反馈或联系我们提交申请。账号注销后，我们将停止使用并删除儿童个人信息（法律法规要求留存的除外）。
\nDeletion and cancellation: If you need to delete children's personal information or cancel the associated account, you can submit an application through in-application message feedback or contact us. After account cancellation, we will stop using and delete children's personal information (except those required by laws and regulations to be retained).
\n撤回同意：监护人可在设备系统设置中，关闭本应用的相关权限（如存储、网络等），撤回对信息收集的同意。
\nWithdraw consent: Guardians can turn off the relevant permissions of this Application (such as storage, network, etc.) in the device system settings to withdraw consent to information collection.
\n六、政策的更新与通知
\nVI. Policy Updates and Notifications
\n我们可能根据法律法规修订或业务调整对本政策进行更新，更新后的政策将在本应用显著位置发布。监护人继续允许儿童使用本应用，即视为接受修订后的条款。
\nWe may update this policy based on laws and regulations revisions or business adjustments, and the updated policy will be published in a prominent position in this Application. If guardians continue to allow children to use this Application, it shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
